Non Rallye Light Bar Connector

How long is the wiring on the non rallye light bar before you get to the electrical connector and how do you get to it?  I want to remove the light bar to paint it.......once I got it unmounted from the top of the dash I couldnt see the connector.

It's up above and behind the ash tray, solid orange wire, going into a 3 pin female connector, I think the harness from the lightbar is about 6 inches long. If it hasn't been apart before, there might be a piece of tape holding it to the dash frame. stick your head under the dash in the center and you should be able to find it.
