tool box face lift
« on: December 20, 2010 - 10:21:28 PM »
I was looking at new and used name brand roll around tool boxes, and used snapon and mac were going for over $4000. So i took a old battery cabnet and a little sears top and bottom box and some big casters with coil spring suspention and welded it together. Then i air boarded it with 36 grit. Wiped it down with laqure thinner. Sprayed it with raptor liner bed liner by UPOL. Heres the pics
Andrew
PS in the big cabnet im cutting 4 - 5/8" plywood shelfs with a lip on the outer edge.
