Did the reveal clips go on top of the vinyl or is it cut around them? and does the vinyl fit under the drip rail molding or is it cut up against it?
I'm haveing a pro do it for me but I want to make sure my glass will fit in after he's done.

The vinyl goes down over the window channel and the clips go on over top of that. Helps to hold it in place.
The drip rails fit over the vinyl on the sides.
