-What was the original T/A set up (24:1 or 20:1) for manual steering from the factory?

24:1  The 20:1 ratio was never put on a factory car. The gears were made up for the Chrysler circle track Kit Car program in the mid 70's.

-Was the fast ratio arms installed from the factory with manual steering or only with power steering?

Only power steering

-Are these firm feel fast ratio arms ok to be installed with my manual steering with 20:1 gearbox?

If they are large spline they will not work with a small spline manual box. If the splines are correct, my guess they will make you 20:1 box to about 16:1... You should just get a 16:1 box from Firm Feel and be better off.

-How much quicker these fast ratio arms make the steering wheel turns from lock to lock?

On power steering they are about 12.7:1. IIRC, that is like 2.7 turns locks to lock.

I've known people that actually have filed the master clocking splines off a C-body arm to get it to fit. But I will admit that is still second hand info. I have talked to Dick Ross at Firm Feel and he even makes his Quick Ratio arm with no clocking to so you can install it as you please. I just don't think Dick would go to the effort of making up a Quick Ratio arms if the C-body piece would just bolt in and work.

The guy on Moparchat is put it on e 78 Cordoba which calls for a different part number pitman than a 73-74 large spline E-body pitman. Interesting to know what the angle of his centerlink looked like too.

I put a 71 E-body pitman on my 68 Baracuda cause it looked similar. Then drove it 1600 miles across country. The car never burned up in flames once... BUT the alignment guy was sharp enough to spot the centerlink was not level with the chassis.

Thanks! :2thumbs: Ya I hang out there sometimes to get new idea's, that and I work/hangout with the circle track crowd. I usually find circle track people resourceful and are "tuned in"  to making cars handle as opposed to drag racers. (Especially the older ones. They seem to know how to get the most out of stock  or mainly stock parts.) That and they usually are on tight budgets and know how to get it done the cheapest way.
But that being said....they don't always have the correct facts. Like the dimensions about the C-Body spindles. :grinyes: But like most everything else....don't belive it till you have it in your hands to see for yourself.
