« on: March 09, 2011 - 10:45:07 PM »
This is a genuine 72 'CUDA 340/AT/323 SG with fender tag, build sheet and valid FL title in my name. Looks, runs, and drives very well. Currently sporting a mild 372ci (360 based) engine with lightly smoothed/port matched, big valve, no smog heads along with a host of the usual aftermarket parts. Both engine and professionally built 727 transmission have less than 2000 miles. $21,656.00 Reply or call George 850 264 6658 located in NORTH FLORIDA

Can anyone ID the color of my beauty? It is an official MOPAR mix, but probably NOT what you think.

My first guess would be Vitamin C/Go Mango, but I'm thinking from your hint it muay not be.  So my next guess would be Omaha Orange, the color of the 1968 Bengal Chargers and available as special order on other Mopars.

I never could find a cute NAME for the color on any of the paint charts, but it is a 1970 color listed  on the PPG/Ditzler chart as #60436 and the code is the '999' special number. The name is ORANGE.

Yup, that would be Omaha Orange.  It is the color many states use for their dump trucks and other vehicles.
