Ebay sure got that one off quick. It was set up slightly drifferent but has to be the same scam. A 70 Cuda with the body(rolled) engine and all numbers matching for $5000 isn't real. The Hemi engine's alone go for 10K plus. I sure wouldn't send him any money but I would gladly meet him in person to do the deal.
