Wow, I haven't seen that problem here before. I would be inclined to get that closer with metal before you use filler there. That is a real bad spot for building up with filler only. You might try using wire with the same radius as the edge you need to form the contour and welding it in and shaping it as close as you can first. don't use too much heat!

Edit: I didn't notice the wave in the body line! Was that there before you hung the skin?
Edit #2  I see, the "Wave" was just camera angle. :dupe:

I'd work it out with hammer and dolly, specially when the panel is not welded on yet.You get what you pay for.

Stefan's right, but you could try a couple (1/2 & 3/8" come to mind) cold chisels with the edge rounded to the same radius that you desire on a bench grinder, to carry/set the body lines out to the edge. I'd work the vertical first and then try to carry the longitudinal line to it. Take your time and use only enough force to move the steel or you'll stretch the beejeezus out of it. A pick and cross peen hammer and a flat dolly would be a good investment for this as well. Good luck :2cents:

I think there is too much to stretch the metal with a distinct possibility of poking a hole through it the result.

I would lead the corner because of its' location and strength.  The warping of the surrounding metal is less of an issue being on a corner and the thickness will be a plus instead of a negative when it comes to any weakness from incidental impacts.

You could fill it in with wire but go really slow and keep the surrounding metal cool with wet rags.  The only draw back to this could be you might see an indentation at the weld on hot days when the cars skin is hotter than normal in the sun.
