Over the holidays I had mentioned to a friend to use them.
He bought a couple of shirts as gifts from them and 1 of the items came in a little "smudged". As if the print had smeared, lets just say not perfect.
He called them and they quickly took care of it by sending a new one right away & told him to keep the "bad" shirt.
They took care of him nicely,and I would use them again myself.
