This site doesn't have that feature that I've found.  You'll just have to save it in your favorites section on your own computer.

Click on Notify for a thread you want to save.  You can reference these threads by going into Profile -> Summary -> Modify Profile -> Notifications later to pull them up.  Only way I know of, other than bookmarking.

You can always just highlite the words, right click, copy, then paste to your computor or there is a feature at the bottom of a topic, send to a friend, send it to yourself.

The easiest way is if you are using Mozilla Firefox as a browser........if you are not, I'd HIGHLY recommend it.
So many great add-ons.
I've been using it for years.
Anyhoo, the add-on is called "screengrab"

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/screengrab/

I use it all the time to reference back to info/pics etc....

To show you an example I just saved this thread.
Simple as that
