    Mechanical Oil Gauge - where to buy bulk fittings?

    I don't have a ociture, but i need multiple pieces of the little coned barrel piece that slides over the copper tubing and crushes around the tube. I don't want to have to buy tubing and everything else each time i want to swap gauges.....

    Check home improvement centers. They should have compression ferrules in the plumbing dept.

    "usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

    There used to be a Weatherhead display in every parts/machine shop where you could buy those and all the other wee pieces you may want/need. :2cents:

    That too is a great idea! i forgot about that, but one of the shops does have one.
