info needed??

i am currently looking at a 1970 dodge challenger RT 383 4V 335hp 4 speed with these options. everything seems to be matching up. the number on the block near distributor is F 383104321HP but doesn't decode to a date? so whats numbers should it have?? the owner is saying it is a completely matching numbers car. any help and info would be greatly appreciated.

You need to look on the oil pan rail on the passengers side.  There will be a flat boss that will have your vin numbers stamped into it.

Also, check the cowl for your vin number stamp.  Usually by the plastic grate where air goes into the cowl.
 As well as the radiator support.  Usually on the engine bay side of the radiator support.
