Thanks for the pics,  looks great.  I have the same areas open on mine as you...I am wondering how I keep the heat from coming into the cab?

From what I can tell, if the hot water switch is turned off in the engine compartment, I wouldn't think there would be any hot air coming through. BTW, how does the cable route through the firewall?

I was not aware there was a cable, maybe that is part of my problem.  I will have to look into that.  Thanks again for the photos!

There should be a temp cable running through the firewall to control the heater control valve. It connects to the back of your control panel for the heat/ ac.
