Hey guys,
Tonight was the night we finally got the numbers matching 340 6 Pack motor reunited with the TA after it had been pro-rebuilt including balancing. And, I just finished the interior while the motor was out. It fired up on the first crank with no leaks and ran like silk! Following the 20 minute cam break in, we took it out for a spin. Even under light/minimal throttle pressure, the acceleration was exhilarating! An absolute kick in the pants to drive, with no squeeks (even over bumps) and the Fat Mat made it easy to talk while listening to that sweet exhaust tone. I could not be happier.
