One last diorama!
« on: April 05, 2013 - 05:35:26 PM »
My winter lay off is over.   :crying:   Time to get back to work, and to start playing with the real thing.    :working:    Cutting the cuda in half gave me another idea to try. So I cut a challenger in half and came up with this. Remember first tries don't always work.  With the two pieces together the car looks more like a stretched limo.     :eek7:    Get some books or DVD's in between and it looks better.  Plus up on a shelf or computer desk will give it a different perspective.  First round of pics.

Round 2.  If I was to do another one I think I would add some weight to the bases to hold larger books. It works good for DVD's or a few off your fav. mopar mags.

Hey that looks really good.  Maybe a thin piece of sheet metal about 2" X 8" screwed to the bottom of each end with about 4" inches sticking out under the books will help support the books.
