1972-74 Barracuda grill color
« on: May 05, 2011 - 05:36:22 PM »
Has anyone with a 72-74 Cuda painted their grill with something other than the original argent color? Getting close to painting mine and I do not care for the original color. Thinking of going with a silver to brighten it up a bit.  Anyone have any pictures to show here? Thanks John.

Have you seen what fresh argent looks like?  I agree that old argent doesn't look the best.  When it's fresh though, it looks awsome.  Just make sure you take a look at some real stuff before you make your decision.

I've seen body colored grills and black.  I did mine in black with a semi-gloss clear.  The black matches the other black parts I have on the car.  Its your car, if a bright silver matches the theme of your car I say go for it.
