quick question, whats the proper torque for wheel lug nuts, i know german torque is too tight. anyone know the right torque and are chrome nuts the same value?

I don`t have a refference handy but 70lbs I believe is correct & yes Chrome are the same it is a rating of the strength of the wheel stud not the nuts
