As soon as something is figured out, something else comes up!!!  My 572 Hemi has the March Serpentine system on it.  The space is so tight between the P/Steering pump on the March system, the External Oil pump line directly below it, and the lower water pump inlet that I can't get a lower radiator hose that will fit and clear both of those and NOT hit the crank SFI damper.   :1zhelp:
Trying to finagle tubing and some hose pieces to get a general shape configuration that might work.  ANY SUGGESTIONS would really help!  ANYONE run into a similar problem with the hose setup???  THANKS!  scott

I would look at steel tube with rubber elbows for the bends  & possibly oval the tube in tight spots if needed

thanks, yea, we started looking at some silicone 45-degree bends for attaching to the water pump.  A straight down tube just might work and hope there's enough space.  Then, like you say, go with another bend or two to get to the lower radiator neck.  Hopefully, we'll solve it soon.  Never thought about 'oval' tubing either.  Great suggestion chryco psycho!!! Thanks, scott

CRAP, nothin's working!  :roflsmiley:  So little space with the March p/steering pump, external oil line, and serpentine belt.  Hope I don't have to remove the entire March system to figure this thing out.  Thought about welding in a curved aluminum tube in the water pump inlet, maybe trimming the inlet back some for more clearance?  Lordy, I don't know.  More figuring must go on!
