  This 72 340 'cuda (although it has the later style bumpers, it VIN'd as a 72) was parked by a lot with several vehicles on it in various states of disrepair. Nobody was home. Serious rust issues newsad

If those cars were in a yard here the city would be all over the owner. spank If they are inopperable they have to be in an enclosed yard and not visible from the street. We had a big problem with Mexican migrant workers putting dead cars on cinderblocks and parting them out!
