Handling worse after Hotchkis install with 1.03" bars

Am I missing something? I don't see anything that has anything to do with Hotchkis.
Please fill me in on what I am not seeing or reading.

You have to read and look at the pics...pointing out that you can spend a lot of money on parts, but, if the foundation is no good, you can actually end up with something worse than you started out with.  Let's see if I can simplify this down.  Hang a stiff suspension set up on a weak frame and the forces end up moving the frame around more than it did before and the end result was worse handling.
