    Is the parking brake release switch the same as the brake light switch?   Putting the release handle in and discovered the switch missing,   took it off to repaint and whaa laa, missplaced another item.  If its the same i guess i can pick it up at napa or something........  Always something :(

    no , it is a pin plunger type more like the door switch but differetn from the door switch
