Spark plugs + anti-sieze lube

Do you guys generally use anti-sieze lube on your spark plugs? I read somewhere that if the plugs are nickel or have been pre-coated one shouldn't lube them because the anti-sieze acts as a lubricant and would allow for more torque to be applied than should be.
Not sure if there's validity in that statement or not.
I was wondering if I should apply some to my plugs after my
exhaust stud debacle

Aluminum heads definitively use anti-seize. Will not hurt anything if you use it on cast iron heads either, I use anti-seize all spark plugs just for good measure no matter what the head material.
