Depending on the brand of headers, the collectors are in different places...I would think

   also small block or big block.... mine didn't match up on the one side with the 440/headman headers.

Interesting thing though, you and I have the same engine and headers. But my Magnaflow system needed to be tweeked for both collectors. Also if I remember right, I have less header interference with my steering box.    Motor mounts and factory tolerances come into it too I guess

Ya weird huh?   Those ball socket collector adapters came in handy too!
