Check out the steering wheel on this dart. It's an e body, but is black and looks like it has a texture to it. I wonder if it came with the dart.

   Most of the stock Dart wheels I've seen look like this.  A lot could have happened in 30 + years.  Maybe email the seller?

The one in the ad looks like the one I had on my '70 Duster. Probably came on Darts too but I'm not sure.

I have seen all black E body wheel , I can't remember if they are from a base Chall or Cuda or if it was a specific model like a GC

It is the standard 70 & 71 Challenger wheel.  The more popular woodgrain was an option.  I think it cost something like $5 for the woodgrain.  It looks like a bicycle wheel when it is mounted in the Dart.  I wonder if the Dart didn't originally have a tuff wheel?  Maybe it went bad and the Challenger wheel was the only thing that could be found that would attach to the 3 bolts. If it did not come with the tuff wheel, it would have had a blue wheel; not a black one.  Is there another 3 bolt Dart wheel other than the tuff wheel?
