carb / intake combo for 4bbl small block shaker
« on: August 02, 2011 - 01:17:51 PM »
I am looking for advise on the 4bbl shaker set up on a small block [360].  My research has lead me to the Edelbrock Performer intake for it's low-height.

I am unable to find the information that I need to choose a low-height carburetor.  I can tell ya that the carb needs to be a 750cfm double pumper with mechanical secondary's.

Does anyone have a better intake to suggest? and a carburetor?

the factory iron intake or the Mopar repro in alum would be my first choice
the Older LD 340 may be low enough also
I would use a 750 Proform , all carbs are the same height base to flange so that will not change anything
