A bloke in Southern California built it for me and we finished it off here (the little things - some still need doing).

In short form... He built:

Started as an essentially rush free CA car (except boot floor which was replaced)
Power steering, disc brakes
New shocks, bushes, etc
Painted Plum Crazy
White interior
Date coded 1969 440, comp cam (pretty sure it's a XE275HL), 6 pack
TTI headers and flow masters
Rebuilt 727
8.75" Posi with 3.55 final drive
All R/T bits and pieces - or most of them - incl rallye dash, rims, etc
Re-chromed bumpers

I did some minor finishing (wiring, cooling, speedo cable oil leaks). Some of which still needs doing... Dash needs to be fixed and there's a few oil leaks. Diff makes a whine at over 50mph which is too loud.

Recently fitted:

3000RPM torque converter (B&M holeshot)
B&M shift kit
Comp roller rockers, push rods, springs, etc
Hemi oil pan and pick up, higher volume pump

I was getting 43 L / 100 km which is pretty excessive LOL. Fiddled with the timing today and it's much better and crisper, I think they messed it up when they did the valve train, but I reckon the 6 pack could do with some work although it goes ok. Really don't know where to take it in ACT for this!
