Hi, Joakim! I've never noticed any E-body whistlers, but it reminds me of the old Volvo 240-series. Off topic, sorry, but I remember very well the first 242, 244 and 245s from late 1970ies. They had a loud whistle. You always knew it was a Volvo coming, without turning your head to verify this  :grinyes:

Ya I have never noticed any whistling? Either it the new weatherstripping/seals I installed or I can't hear it over the engine? :grinyes:

Mine used to whistle some, but I adjusted the up-stop on the rear portion of the driver's glass so it sealed better.  For me the rear of the window was too high.

When we whistle with our lips we make it by puckering our lips together and forcing air in between them.  The old time steam whistles used that same principle.  I would look under the hood in on or around the radiator support for two pieces of metal that are bolted together and have a small slit in between them.  I would also check the grill and the headlamp housings.
