I think that this is a good thing. There are several makes and models that are in the works. these cars will be a great start for custom clones (as opposed to modifying original cars). It's hard to say what this will do the value of "real" cars, but I don't think it will drive down prices of the original stuff. We all know about the Cobra kit cars and glass body hot-rods. The quality of the cars are yet to be seen, but I honestly can't see it being any worse than what I've seen with my '72 'cuda. If a solid body was priced at $10K or less and was relatively complete, I would have definately jumped on that.
Heck, my car is a real 'cuda, but I've replaced most of the sheet metal. Is it still a real 'cuda?
