the 360 is in an almost complete. We removed the old ignition and replaced it with a crane box and HEI distributor and high output coil. the car had some issues starting in the heat. do i need a larger gap plug for the bigger spark i'm putting out?

I would use .040-.045" May help it stay cleaner at idle...plugs, I mean.
Starting in heat may, or may not, be heat related...could be on the fuel side
