Looking for dash harness

Looking to get a new dash harness for this 71 cuda clone I just bought.
It was auto , 318, AC ,non-rallye dash.
Now 4speed, 440-6, no AC, Rallye dash , but a 72-74 rallye dash.
Is the correct dash harness this one from year one?

And I have the bulge hood.
Does part # P2998798 correct? were there 440-6 emblems on bulge hoods in 71??
