The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

At what point do we consider a car "re-bodied." IF you build a car around the filewall numbers and the radiatir support, is it re-bodying?

That is the subject of much debate. My opinion is that most of the laws around VINs are poorly worded, but if you take them at their face values, most of these laws literally say that the VIN cannot be removed from its mount. Of course, with an e body the VIN is fixed to the dash, which is removable, and the laws are really unclear about what that means, although common sense would say that they dash has to stay bolted to the cowl.

CARS IN BARNS
Documenting the forgotten cars rotting away across America and around the world

Unfortunately, they keep their documents.  I would grab that car in a second if it was available and findable.
I have tried to get locations for some cars from CARS IN BARNS, but they wouldn't reveal their locations.

Here is my first and only so far AAR.   Had to sell but the owner told me about a month after he purchased it from me that he had the body lined out and the car was going to be on the road a few months after that.
Anything is saveable.
