Hello from Canada
« on: August 14, 2011 - 07:20:39 PM »
Hi everyone, I just picked up a 1970 Cuda 383 last week ( not gonna say how much I paid cause you guys would freak out at the super low cost, I got lucky that the guy had too many projects on the go, but it wasn't more than 10k ) :woohoo:  I had some of the brakes looked at right away, and I have it at the welders shop right now, as it has a bit of frame rot toward the front end.  Still, it was a steal and I could not pass up the price.  Sure it needs work, but she looks sharp as is.  A def 20 footer no problem.  I will post some better pics of it this week after I get it back.  This is the second old mopar that I have owned now.  I bought a 1971 Charger back in 02 and sold it in 06, and I have been looking for another mopar since.  I went out to a farm to look at a 1979 Volare w/ the Road Runner package w/ a 440 in it and seen the Cuda sitting there and had to ask about it...........................2 days later it was mine :bananasmi

Anywhoo, glad to find this site, as it looks like there is a lot of knowledge in here that could help me in my quest to fix this bad boy up.  BTW, I have the other ralley rim on it now, it was flat.

Me as well.  I am in Petawawa.  I am posted to the military base there.  BTW, I guess that I should introduce myself, my name is Kyle.
