Put 440 back in car after cam swap, (cam has been degreed), Turned engine over by hand to bolt up flex plate. So brought back up to TDC on # 1 cylinder, placed gear then dizzy back in with rotor pointing @ # 1. Had coil disconnected and was laying on firewall, hooked battery up and coil went to ground 2 times until I remembered key was on. Tried to start, but would not. Double checked timing issues, nothing. Did not have a new ballast or ECU, but think problem may be there? Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.
