I dunno, maybe has seen your car before?  We're from MA.

Not up there.
It's never left Georgia...yet, but my Brother lives right across from Cecil County Dragway in MD. and has been begging me to bring it up there.

Your buddy may have seen one similar as some of the mods on this car have been quite contagious.

I am considering building a console for my car and have been looking for cupholders and storage pockets like you used.  Do you remember where you got yours?

Yep, I work on Mercedes for a living, and I got the pockets from 98-2002 mercedes E class and CLK vehicles.
You remove the pockets to install in dash navigation or other gadgets.

I got the cup holders from office max, they are really pen holders, but who's gonna know right?

Spend some time at the junk yard and you can find all kinds of doo dads to use.

You can probably find those pockets on ebay because alot of benz owners nix the pockets for gadget installs.

Oh wait, I just found one exactly like the large one on ebay.

Matter of fact, I may have a crap load of these pockets in my brother in laws storage.
He is a gadget installer and has tons of this stuff.
PM me your email and I will let you know what I can get my hands on.

FYI, I have found some great cupholders at boat suppliers. They have plastic as well as stainless steel, different sizes, depths, etc.  It would be great if you could find any of the pockets, just let me know if you can find any.  I just sent you a PM with my email.
Thanks,
Charles

The smaller pocket looks like the type of pocket that used to be remove to add audio accesories to Honda/Acura like a CD drive/equilizer in the 90's.

For what it's worth....I went to my Brother in Law's storage unit this morning and scored 5 of each pockets big and small just like the one's I used on mine.

If you want one or two let me know, but don't take them unless you are serious as they are hard to come by.
