I read through the older posts. I just want to ask this question directly to make sure I understand perfectly. I want to convert my 727 to a manual.
With the 360 being externally balanced. Is all I need to do is buy the specific balanced 360 flywheel (with the 3 drilled holes)

It requires nothing else further? Thank you!!!!!!

you will probably need to deepen the hole in the back of the crank for the nose of the trans & buy the Dakota roller pilot brg that fits in the torque converter recess .
