for sale...... baer track system will fit 70-74 ebody and b body also
 this kit came off my car. i recently upgraded to 2 piece rotors and 6 piston calipers.
 the Kit consists of 2 calipers (red), brackets, 2 new brake hoses, 2 rotors approx 9k on them.
 the brake pads i had 3/4 life still left on them. so these brakes were not used hard at all.

keep in mind these brakes must be used with atleast a 17" wheel.
 hubs not included i had to reuse mine but baer has them for 175.00 new preloaded with bearings and all

If I already have the stock 10.5 discs do these just bolt on?

these are a true bolt on system....
they might fit 16" but you need to down load a template from baer...

Do those calipers bolt directly onto a stock spindle?  If so, does it need to be a drum or disc spindle...

They mount directly to the stock disc spindle.  You do have to swap the spindles so the calipers are on the rear.
