Anyone repair these before? Looks like maybe I need a couple of spotwelds. Any Ideas?

I cleaned it (mine)up with my Dremel and used JB Weld. maybe not 100% perfect but its held for 2 years now....

I drilled some in place of the rivets and used short sheet metal screws. PK
