Emission Decal Location?

Can anyone please tell me exactly where the Emissions decal goes on a '70 Barracuda?

I've seen them beside the fender tag, I've read they're on the right inner fender, and I've seen them on far back on the left inner fender stradling that downward curved area.

I tried doing a search first , nothing definitive and most of the engine bay pics are gone.

Ive seen both locations on supposedly concourse cars:   Cant say which one is the most correct, but keep in mind they were put on by humans   Q/A back in the day is no where like it is today

I have been going through this with my six pack air cleaner lid filter decal.  Where exactly does it go?  I have pretty much come to the conclusion that it was installed at the factory where ever the installer felt like it.
