Hello all,
I have the pieces to install the vent/duct onto the dash frame for the drivers side but have a few questions. When I put the AC control unit in the hole of the trim piece they sit nice and flush together (except for what looks like a dash frame thickness gap between the two) but it looks like the control unit mounts from the back side of the dash frame and not the front. Is there supposed to be a threaded clip on the control unit plastic tabs? Also on the AC control unit, there is another tab on the back that I don't know what it attaches to, possibly to the duct that I don't have yet? Is the threaded clip supposed to be on the dash frame or ??
I would have pictures to post but I was dealing with a leaky fridge last night. I should be able to post some this evening after fixing the leaky fridge.
