Got the cable today and looks good but looks a bit longer than my original. My original may have been hacked up in its life. Does anyone have pic of how that starter cable routed on a 72 Cuda?

I fingered it out. The new DB starter looks great and is pretty sweet sounding too. Was able to keep the power and solenoid post extensions. It does help for access from beneath, otherwise its kindve blind hooking up wires to them.

Could you snap a few pics when you get it installed.  Haven't done my yet and curious how close the terminals end up near the block.

Thx

Thx for that.  Any way you could get a further out pic?  For some reason I can't visualize what I'm looking at?

Would it make it any easy if you did remove the electrical adapter?

I can give it a go next time I'm in the garage. The post extenders are nowhere near body metal and their placement allows you to see the wires to connect them. If not for the extender, you would have to feel around for the cables and the posts to connect them up. I would not even attempt from top side.
