    I need a new radiator cap.

    Guys I got an aftermarket aluminum radiator and am now having trouble getting the proper radiator cap  at first I had the stock one that has a breather on it. With the new radiator the breather lever prevents good clearance. I got the regular one from autozone and it closed but it doesn't seal properly. My mechanic said it needs a cap that goes deeper into the radiator. Any suggestions guys?

    Maybe contact the company you got the rad from and see what they recommend.

    Bummer, maybe you can take some measurements and call Napa or someone and see if they can help?

    Nice ...... so they couldn't take some measurements a CNC a waterneck to factory diamentions
