trunk corners
« on: November 19, 2011 - 08:55:32 AM »
We set my trunk floor and extensions in place, clamped the tail panel on and set the quarter roughly where it goes and there's about a 2 inch hole in the corner. Is there a piece that I need to fill that or is it just a thing where I need to add a patch?

It's in the bottom corner where the floor, tail panel and quarter meet. I forgot to get a pic of it.

It might be the tail panel reinforcement pieces. I'm going to see if I can find someone with a Cuda this weekend so I can get a look

I think the piece you mean are what AMD calls "tail light reinforcement " something or other. They fit (with some trimming and tweaking) into the curve of the bumper cutout on the quarter and the bottom corner curve of the tail panel.

The tail panel reinforcements are what I'm missing. I order a set of them and a few other bits from Roseville yesterday.
