From what I can tell from the picture the car looks like a substantial build.

Looks like it had a cage and possibly viper wheels?

Dang, Appears to be a Va. State Tropper too. If it's where I think it happened, it's near Natural Bridge area (Glasgow Co.)..Never seen that car before either. Wonder who it was?....Hmmmmm....
