Service and body manual
« on: November 14, 2011 - 06:51:56 PM »
Hi guys,

I am wanting to find a service and body shop manual for my 1970 Challenger. I want to start taking it apart and I feel this would be a great benefit. My word search did not have any results. Can someone point me to a good source for this?

Thanks Todd

:iagree:  Ebay is a good source.  I got a hard copy (Actual manual) off ebay.

The CDs you can't just sit there and read unless you're on the computer but the benefit is that you can print out pages and if they get dirty you can just print some more.

Most CD versions are PDFs which you can display on a lot of tablets and even phones.  I use my iPad a lot while working on the car.  The search feature can be a life saver.

I have the paperback copy that looks like a phone book. Unfortunately the pages are as thin as a phone book's pages too.

The manual is a must.   :grinyes:  Especially tracking down electrical gremlins.

Good luck on your restoration.
