Found Broadcast Sheet
« on: October 18, 2004 - 09:29:18 PM »
We purchased a set of front buckets from a fella in NY 3 or 4 years ago.  We were just now getting around to reuphostering them.  When we took the back plastic piece off, we found a perfect broadcast sheet.  It's not to a hemi cuda or anything, but thought someone out there might still have this car and would like to have their sheet.

Anyway, the VIN is JH23G0B206590

Make:                     J = Dodge Challenger
Price Class:              H = High
Body Type:             23 = 2 Door Hardtop
Engine:                   G = 318 230HP 1-2BBL 8 CYL
Model Year:             0 = 1970
Assembly Plant:        B = Dodge Main, Hamtramck, MI, USA
Sequence Number:   206590 = 106590th Vehicle

Let me know if it belongs to you.

My bad...just asked Redline exactly where the guy was from.  He said he wasn't from NY.  We looked back and found the original correspondence, he was from Cresthill, IL.  This guy was the original owner and converted it to a race car and didn't need the seats anymore.  Now that we found this guy, we'll contact him and see if he still has the car.

I'll post an update when I hear back.

Burpin, the seats were black vinyl, but the stiches went from side to side instead vertical and we're putting in leather. Otherwise, they were in great shape.

There is a lost and found section on Trans Am Cudas site.

Don't forget you need the leather seat foam as the shape is supposed to be different for the vinyl seats.
