    What are these plugs?

    Found these plugs inside the left forward frame rail.   Destroyed one getting it out.

    The writing on them say    MOPAR  Fill to ring only




    Don't think I'll need them, just wondering where they came from.   Don't think they belong in the rail.

    That makes sense, the battery goes on the left side.
