On the drivers side air vent.
A- where does the handle mount to the bottom of the dash frame?
B- how long is said cable?
C- What type of pull handle is on said cable?

the cable handle mounts under the ash tray so the cable would be 3 ' or so long . 70 had square ends , 71-74 had round knobs
