how many 72 Barracuda M 51 were produced?

   I may have an opportunity to purchase a 72 Barracuda triple black # 3 condition with factory electric sunroof. What were the production number for M 51 codes on Plymouth e bodies in 1972?

I do not know what the production numbers are, but 1972 is the first year the factory sunroof was available in the Barracuda line. I have heard of a couple, but they are pretty scarce.

WHEN DID THE SUNROOF COME OUT THERE IS A 69 CHARGER (I THINK ITS GINGER) WITH A SUNROOF, THE 71 OR 70 ?  HEMI CHALLENGER AND THEN YOU SAID THE BARRACUDA CAME OUT IN 72.    AND THEN DEMONS CAME WITH A FULL CLOTH/CANVAS TOP AND i RECALL SEEING A 72 gtx SUNROOF ??
WHY DID THEY SPREAD OUT THE RELEASE TO OTHER CARS.

Chargers were available with the sunroof starting in 1969.
Challengers 1970.
Barracudas 1972.

I have no idea why they waited until 1972 on the Barracuda's though.

The sunroof production figure is in one of Galen Govier's columns in Mopar Collector Guide.  I looked through mine but don't have all the issues and did not find it.  A friend of mine bought his 73 318 Cuda new.  When he ordered it, the salesman asked him if he wanted the sunroof option but Terry's dad would not let him get it that way.  Strange!
