Yes, actually there is such thing as free. When I won my 72 Challenger, it was valued at $31,500 or so for tax puposes, and I just recieved my tax filing stuff from the MPCC that raffled it. They paid the federal taxes of $7500.00 to the IRS. It cost me $10 to get the title in my name. No fees were accesed, as it was considered a "gift" being won in a raffle for the liscense. It truly was free and clear and a win/win situation! I hope the Cuda thing wasn't a scam.
