Check out" Dodge Challenger & Plymouth Barracuda" by David Newhardt printed by Motorbooks. Not a heavy read, just plenty of cool pics and info.Only 96 pages but worth a look.

Happy Hooker-
I have to recommend the Chrysler service Manuals.  They are the same books that the mechanics used back in the day.  Step-by-step instructions, great "exploded" drawings.  Everything you need (aside from this site) to work on your Mopar.

The manuals are readily available via Amazon.  I recommend the actual book instead of the CD.

Hope that helps
Ron

The Parts manual for your year is also good...as it contains a number of additional exploded views...plus part numbers which is handy if you're searching for that rare part and can't figure out what the correct name of it is :)

For DVDs there was a show called American Muscle Cars.  The dads are on Amazon, but it used to be possible to stream episodes off Netflix.  From what I remember there were 2 episodes dedicated to E bodies.  One was just the cars in general, the other focused on the T/A and AAR.  They weren't bad but not earth shattering

Five Star Car Videos has some e body vids, mostly showing e bodies from old car shows.  http://www.fivestarcarvideos.com/  Not much action, but some great cars.
