Here are a couple pics I took hope they are of some use they are a bit blurry. Sorry they are so huge too posting pics on this board SUCKS! At least for me anyway I can never get it right!My seat is in I would have to take it out for pics of seat belt bolts. And with the results I have posting images it may not be good enough for what you are looking for. Hopefully others can give better pics for you.

As far as where they mount, I don't think it's possible to miss the mounting points...

Pull the seats out and you'll see a large bolt hole for each of the 4 seat belt parts. (2 on each side)

The retractors mounts on the outside holes, the belt/buckles mount on the inside holes.

my floor area was covered with sound deadener,so i couldnt easily find the holes. also needed a good pictureof what the rear belts look like.thanks for the replies

Hmmmm...

You can see the holes from the underside of the car. They will be on the surface that curves down in front of the rear end. They are good size holes... you'll see em. Two for each side of the rear seat, where you'd expect them to be.

Just get the rear end up, locate the holes and poke a screwdriver through. :-)
